Why the speakers of Northern Kurdish dialect (Kurdmanjí) need to learn about Velar ” L ” and Trill ” R ” as “ll” and “rr”?

Why the speakers of Northern Kurdish dialect (Kurdmanjí) need to learn about Velar ” L ” and Trill ” R ” as “ll” and “rr”?

Even the Northern Kurdish dialect lack the Velar ” L ” and Trill ” R ” it is necessary to have this sounds in a unified alphabet system since it can make major differences in other Kurdish dialects. Its speakers can use it in the spelling system of the borrowed words from other Kurdish dialects into the Northern Kurdish dialect but still pronounced as regular soft ” L “. This will provide that word with Kurdish roots from other Kurdish dialects replace loan words from Turkish, Arabic or Persian in a common Kurdish literal language in media and Education system.
In the case of two major Kurdish dialects, Jemal Nebez suggests (“Toward a Unified Kurdish Language”, Jemal Nebez: NUKSE 1976) that by creating a list of the Kurdish words which contain Velar ” L ” and regular soft ” L ” in all Kurdish dialects it will be seen where a word for a common Kurdish literal language can be spell by Velar ” L ” and where by regular soft ” L “, like the following list which show the case between Northern and Central dialects:

Same argument can be used for Trill ” R ” where more clear spelling system will prevent the Homonyms (words with the same spelling but with different meanings) words and decrease the cases of misunderstanding of Homophones words (Words which sound exactly the same but which have different meanings ) , like:
