Rokhzadi\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost\/wp\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/08\/a.roxzadi.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"148\" height=\"217\" align=\"right\" border=\"1\" \/><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Dr. Ali Rokhzadi (Kurdish: El\u00ed Ruxzad\u00ed, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><span dir=\"rtl\">\u0639\u0644\u06cc \u0631\u0648\u062e\u0632\u0627\u062f\u06cc<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">) was born in 1946 in the small village of Xalle Waze in vicinity of Xurr Xurre area of the city of Seqiz in Mand province in Kurdistan. He worked as a teacher in the cities of Tehran, Saqiz, and Sine for a total of 36 years. Dr Rokhzady also worked as lecturer at the linguistic\u00a0department of <\/span><a style=\"background-color: transparent;\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/University_of_Kurdistan_(Iran)\">the University of Kurdistan<\/a><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"> in Sine for 15 years. He was a member of the scientific board at the University.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"background-color: transparent; margin: 0px;\">\n<p>He was a dedicated field researcher in Kurdish dialectalogy and phonology. He wrote several \u00a0books on Kurdish, Persian and Pahlavic linguistic features and compared the poetry, grammar and phonology of these languages.
